RSS Feeds
I had a coworker ask last night what RSS feeds were, so I dug out this video this morning and sent it to her so she'd have a better clue than my babbling.
If you're addicted to blogs and news, it's definitly a time saver. Consider it an online newspaper where you pick what information gets loaded into the pages. Check out the video too, even if you know what RSS is, it's still a good clip.
