Winter Blues
You get the car started first (after cleaning off the car door), get the heater going, then work on the windows so you've got a little help.
It's also important to clean off the vents below the windshield wipers, that's the air intake for your heater and A/C.
Just the same, I'm glad this didn't happen to me. :)
